I love that its top is open so when I'm trying to find something in it while driving I don't have to unzip or flip it open. Don't put in the washing machine! although it did survive; just lost a little shape. I got mine new for $65 a year and ahalf ago and I haven't seen it again on amazon for that price. bummer.

(More customer reviews)I didn't purchase this one here, but only because Amazon didn't carry them when I bought mine. I love this bag! It's the perfect size for the diaper bag. I also have the larger one with a handle to hang on the doorknob. Planet Wise makes a mighty good wetbag. I've never had a problem with leaking. I dry mine in the dryer each time, and it dries quickly without showing signs of wear and tear. I own the black & white swirl design and it looks exactly like the picture. I like that these bags ZIP instead of just having a drawstring--I feel like smells are totally contained that way. This bag makes cloth diapering on the go a little easier!

(More customer reviews)This product took into consideration the few criticisms of the diaper genie 2 and improved on it. It has a little pedal you step on to open the top lid, you put your diaper in and release. Truly one handed operation, minimal smell because of the way the internal clasp seals the bag when you step on the pedal, and you never touch the inside bag. Occasionally, if I don't step on the pedal all the way, I get a whif of the internal contents because the clasp doesn't seal all the way...but I figure thats my fault for not doing it correctly. It now has a handle on the front so you can carry it with one hand, and emptying is similar to genie 2. If your a fan of the diaper genie...you'll like this product.
You do still have to buy their refills, and that is the one big drawback. I've seen the price come down to equal that of genie 1 refills, so if your already paying for them, then its not a problem. Our refills last 3 weeks with our toddler's diapers.

However, you can fit these things...
- 2 to 3 diapers with the diaper changing pad
- wipes case
- small wristlet purse
- slim phone (on the outside pocket) and slim camera on the outside pocket
- 2 bottles in the double bottle holders
- a couple small toys (maybe)
- a small board book
- a few small snacks (not very big snacks)
- sanitizing hand wipes
- slim set of keys on the key chain
For a quick in/out diaper bag when you don't need to cart alot of stuff around, this is great. I gave it 4 stars because I hate the magnetic clasp because it won't clasp if your diaper bag is full or even half full. I wish it was zippered.

(More customer reviews)When I heard this product was coming out I was excited. We had a 4 year old diaper genie and we were ready to upgrade. When the new one finally arrived I was VERY impressed. One hand use. No twisting. NO SMELL AT ALL. Attractive. My favorite part is the indicator on the bag when you're to the end. It never failed with the old system; I'd tie off for a new 'load', get one diaper in and run out of bag. NOW they are so smart to put a red line to indicate the end. The refillable bag lasts about 4 weeks for me (stay at home mom so it's used a lot). The refills run about $5. Because it doesn't `sausage' the diapers you can get more in before you have to go to the trash can. You can't use 1 hand to lift the pail. But I find it easier to just take the tied bag of diapers to the trash can instead of the whole system. I LOVE it needless to say. I would HIGHLY recommend this product.

I cant see using this bag for diapers, especially not for our cloth diapers. We still love lots of the features so we are exchanging it for their messenger bag. This bag would be perfect if they made the zipper top open up wider for easy access. When we looked up pictures and reviews no one would really show the inside or talk about this aspect. It seems to us that it is very important that a bag be easy to reach into when you are holding a baby.

Yes, cloth is an investment, but SO WORTH it!! I wish I had come across these bags when I first started using the diapers since they are so much better about holding the smell in than using plastic grocery bags in a foot pedal trash can...not to mention so much more eco friendly. I toss this bag in with the diapers to wash it and dry it and it works great. The smell isn't completely unnoticeable (especially since my son's diapers are some of the worst I've ever smelled - working in childcare for 17 years, I've smelled quite a few), but the smell is A LOT less than it was. Thanks goodness! The size is great too since they hold everything we use up in a day, including the cloth wipes.

(More customer reviews)I found this bag at a local discount store in gray with black trim and thought it was a work tote bag. Later in line at the register I discovered that it was actually a diaper bag. It had such a professional look and great organizational pockets I decided to purchase it anyway. The handles and trim are out of a product that is similar to materials used for seat belts which provide extra durability.
Outside the Bag: On the front of this bag there are four pockets with great smooth gliding zippers. At each end of the tote two insulated pockets originally designed to hold baby bottles. I've placed my umbrella in one of these pockets an no longer need to worry when it's wet and the pocket at the other end of the bag holds my 18 oz soda. The back side of the bag has one pocket with a magnetic closure that runs the length of the bag.
Inside the Bag: There are 2 large pockets on both the front and back sides of the bag. Also there are two narrow pockets at each end of the bag. The rest of the inside of the bag is a big open area that easily holds my legal size file.
I've had this bag a week and everyone who sees it can't believe it's not a professional tote. It's so great that I checked online with Amazon to see about purchasing an extra bag to tuck away for a future time. This is a fabulous bag!!

BOB Stroller Diaper Bag in Mesa Orange Review

(More customer reviews)I love bags & having my first baby has given me permission to get even more bags. It is a sickness. Anyway, I have the BOB Revolution stroller (which is awesome) and I just had to have this to go with it. It is great looking, well made (I believe produced by the same folks that make Timbuk2 bags), and works well with the stroller if used according to the instructions. I also liked the removable plastic lining in the main compartment. I liked it enough to not go to the trouble to return it and it will function as a non-diaper bag when my baby grows older.
Here's what I don't like & what I would seriously consider before purchasing again:
1.It is not recommended to use the bag (nor does it work all that well) while using the optional handle bar console. ?? Duh. This would be nice.
2. The bag is very narrow but also very deep. Items in the main compartment have to be stacked on top of one another to make use of the space. Not ideal for organizing freaks.
3. Unfortunately if you do this you can't stack too high or there is no hope of using the small square velcro closure, which is the only closure, for the main compartment.
4. It is also not recommended and it does not work to use the bag while having the BOB stroller in the fully reclined position for sleeping toddler. What the heck? It is inconvenient to take the bag off, try to cram it under the stroller (the small cargo bin of the BOB is is the only thing I don't like about it) & then recline the seat. Not fun when you are out and about and your baby suddenly gets fussy and needs to sleep.
I just had to have the matching bag but if I were to consider buying it again I probably wouldn't. Too bad BOB, you should get some input from moms next time.

We cloth diaper, and it's perfect for carrying enough stuff for both my newborn and my 16-month-old (there is even a divider, which makes things easier on my husband).
