(More customer reviews)First, since I'm only rating the stroller and not the entire system, I can't give it 5 stars. The stroller deserves 5 stars though. Our infant was too big for the car seat when we bought it so we haven't had a chance to use it yet. We bought this system because we wanted the stroller but since it didn't come without the car seat we just gave in and bought the whole thing and decided to sell our old seat.
Anyway, the stroller is amazing. It had all the amenities we were looking for. We did not want a large stroller or a small umbrella stroller so we were looking for a mid-size. My husband is 6 ft tall and I am 5'5" so the adjustable handle is perfect for both of us. My son is tall and big and is 9 months old. He is off the charts for height and is in the 95th percentile for weight and he fits in the seat fine. IDK why another parent said his/her child didn't fit in it. I'd personally love to see that myself.
This is our third purchased stroller, 6th if you count the ones we have borrowed. It rides smoother than the others we have used. It turns easier, rides higher, has more adjustments and amenities than any others. I wish we had bought this instead of the other two strollers we have gone through but hey, live and learn right?
The front wheels are lockable so they do not rotate. Awesome feature. There are many times I rock the stroller back and forth to comfort the baby while eating out or while in a long line at the store. When the wheels rotate on the other strollers while doing this, it frustrates me to no end! I love this locking feature.
The material is the same material as our high chair (Chicco Polly Highchair - Adventure). The material gets spots very easily but they also come out easily. Just throw it in a cold wash without soap, high water level, hang dry and you are set.

They are adorable items, but the quality is gosh awful. I was so disappointed. Not everything can stand up to the rigors of a child, but these didn't even stand up to the shipping process. I can't imagine how many times I'm going to need to fix these.

(More customer reviews)I can't begin to tell you how amazed I am by these diapers. They are easier than the disposables I was using - honest. That's because they don't leak. Ever. Not even when there's a big big mess inside. They're so absorbent that I'm changing her less often not more. They also dry quicker than towels because of the smart design. Expensive, but oh so worth it! Only downside is that the velcro could be designed a bit better, but since I haven't had a single pull in the wash or scratch on her, I can't exactly complain.

(More customer reviews)This is a good, sturdy small diaper bag good for quick trips or for older babies when you don't need to carry so much stuff. It is pretty basic, a big interior with two wide pockets inside. Two wide pockets outside too. There is no pocket for a bottle though which is why I only gave it 4 stars. Because the shape of the bag is wider at the base this bag has never tipped over on me yet (my large one tips all the time).
I've been using this bag for outings a couple times a week for 8 months and it still looks good and is as strong as ever. To give you an idea of what it will hold inside, I usually carry:
Three size 4 diapers,
wipes in a travel case,
folded-up water-proof lap pad (for diaper changes),
one each size 12mos-18mos shirt and pants,
one pair of socks,
one bib,
one receiving blanket/small fleece blanket,
pocket notebook and pen,
spare pacifier,
one 8oz Avent (wide-style) bottle,
one sippy cup (ours are more tall and thin then short and wide like some brands),
small-med sized snack container (like for dry cereal or powdered formula),
small snack and a spoon (like a small yogurt or jar of baby food),
and usually there are also a couple small toys (like a little book and a small musical toy) when my son was younger I could fit 3-4 rattles and teethers.
I do pack it full, but you see it holds a lot for a small bag!
Two things that others might consider cons are that there is no changing pad (though a waterproof lap pad is a good, compact, washable substitute) and like I said earlier, there is no pocket (inside or out) for a bottle to snug into.

(More customer reviews)This is definitely a well-made bag. The ballistic nylon is sturdy and soft to the touch, and the purple color (Eggplant) looks terrific. The stitching is perfect, and has a YKK zipper in the main compartment.
And the innovative strap is very cool, too. Based on the photos, I thought it might be flimsy, but it's very sturdy, and definitely does make the bag easier to carry: distributes the weight and stays put on your shoulder.
The problem with the bag is its strange overall triagular shape which gives it a narrow bottom. From the outside, the bottom of the main compartment measures only 8" wide. And if you use the bottle holders, it takes more space away from the bag, and you're left with less than 4". So you really can't fit much in the bag, because the larger items get stuck in the middle. The only way to make use of the bottom area is to stuff it with your smaller items, which make them difficult to find later.
Also, all the pockets are shaped in the same triangular shape, too - they would have to be, naturally, due to the shape of the bag. And it's the same problem: e.g., I try to put a glasses case in a pocket, and the top is more than wide enough, but I can't push it down all the way because the bottom is too tight.
I don't know why the bag is shaped this way, except that it looks kind of funky and unusual. The ergonomic straps are a nice idea, but there's no functional reason the bag has to have this weird shape. It's a shame because it's such a well-made bag, I really wanted to like it.
Anyway, due to its narrow bottom, there's no way I can fit a 13" laptop in the main compartment, even with nothing else in the bag. (Believe me, I tried.) The only possible place for the laptop is the back pocket where the changing pad is kept. But that pocket is too shallow, and who would want to carry a computer in an open pocket in the back of the bag?
Because I love the craftsmanship of this bag, and the innovative strap, I'm thinking of getting the Go GaGa Gondola Tote instead. But I was disappointed in the Slide Tote. I would not recommend it.

My husband teases me about my endless search for the perfect diaper bag. The Royal Heinie is the closest to perfect I've found. It has a built in wipes dispenser that is super handy. It also lets you use wipes from the giant refill packs in this bag - no more wasting money buying the small packs for your diaper bags.
It is small, but holds all the essentials. I've used this bag with 2 kids in diapers. Very nice when you just run into the store or a class and don't need the extra change of clothes and the kitchen sink (I keep the kitchen sink stuff in a bag in the car to take into restaurants or throw in the stroller for a day out.) Before getting my Royal Heinie, I lugged around a diaper bag that weighed close to 10 pounds. My Royal Heinie is so much lighter and easy to carry wrangling kids (esp. with one in a car seat).

Other things to like: Invented by moms and purchases support a mom-based small business. They have amazing customer service. In addition, the bag is machine washable!
The new model has better straps, a more water resistant interior, and extra pockets. The fabric also seems more durable. It is definitely an upgrade over this bag, but this original model is still one of the best on the market.

(More customer reviews)I ordered this product for my mom, who has urinary incontinence. I am very happy with the product. For this use, it does a great job of containing the odor, easily accepts the adult sized diapers, and has a large capacity.
I like the refill system - it is basically one continuous bag, and you tie a knot in the bottom of it. When it is full, you pull down some more bag and tie a knot in the top to seal the bag, and start another one with a knot at the bottom of the refill. I am still working on what came with the pail, but also ordered a 3-pack refill.

The 2 side pockets are perfect for bottles, sippy cups or juice boxes, we usually put a few wipes in a ziplock bag and put it in one of the chest pockets, the changing pad goes in the pocket behind the back and diapers go on both of the inside lower pockets. We usually hold on to diaper rash cream samples and stick a few in a ziplock and put it in one of the other pockets just incase we happen to need it. I had to tell him not to wear it when he was without our daughter because I was worried about it getting worn out too soon! Our toddler is 2 now and when we traveled it was perfect just being able to hand her to him to go change since he didn't have to carry anything! This was even more so on the flight too!

It seemed to have everything a mom and a woman could want: changing pad, diaper kit/wallet, many interior pockets, key fob, stroller attachments, detachable messenger strap, wrislet for mom's stuff, and tons of style to top it off. When I recieved it for Christmas I was estatic. But my joy soon faded as one of the main exterior zippers broke within a day of normal use. Three weeks in the key fob broke off as well. I'll continue to use the bag, since it cost so much, but it sure was a disappointment.
