(More customer reviews)After reading a ton of reviews on this stroller we decided to get one. The main complaints I saw listed were 1) it's heavy and 2) it's hard to get to the storage below - and I have to say both are correct. I'm 5'11 and in pretty good shape and I find this stroller extremely heavy. But then it's not like you carry it around, so overall I don't find this a huge drawback. I would say if you're a small person and you're trying to get this into and out of a car trunk you might have some trouble. As for the storage basket, it's next to impossible to get into. If you're putting individual items in it's not too bad, but there's no way I can get my diaper bag into it (and since the handle has a tag that specifically says "do not hang anything from handle" you're stuck carrying it). But otherwise this stroller is a dream. It's VERY easy to steer, fits through doors easily, folds up SO easily (search you tube for a demo video, it's amazing), very comfortable for my girls to sit in (a 4 month old and 2 year old), and does have more storage on pockets behind the seat and on the handle bar that are easy to get to (still can't do anything with the diaper bag though). What sold me on this stroller was how easy it is to fold, and now that I have it in person I love it even more. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

(More customer reviews)The Orbit Baby Stroller and Car Seat Combo is the best product available. I did extensive research on what to get and Orbit surpasses all the other strollers/car seats by far. It is the most functional of any stroller that I researched and "test drove."
Better than Bugaboo, Peg Perego, MacLaren, not just BETTER, the BEST. It is safe and secure for your little one - nice and "cozy wozy." The 360 degree spin feature makes getting in and out of the car a breeze and the one handed collapsible stroller feature makes life so much easier. As any parent can attest, the little things make such a difference, they make life so much easier, and the people at Orbit know this - they designed this stroller with babies and parents-using-one-hand-most-of-the-time, in mind.
I know it's pricey, but it is worth it. Why spend a few hundred on a car seat, another couple of hundred on a stroller and additional dollars on a diaper bag when you can buy the Orbit system that has it all! (More customer reviews)We've been using this travel system for six months, and overall, we're happy with it.
The pros:
* It's very plush, and our son seems comfortable. He started using the system at 6 pounds and is now at 18, and it has fit him very well throughout.
* Although the extra bases aren't available in most stores, you can order one directly from Dorel.
* The stroller is easy to use, and it manuevers incredibly well for a large stroller.
* It's very ergonomic; we don't have to bend or strain to push the stroller, the diaper bag fits over the handle, and we all get our cupholders.
* The storage basket under the stroller is huge.
* The stroller has a very deep recline.
* It's stylin'.
The cons:
* It's pretty heavy and bulky. I can get the car seat in and out each day, but it's not the easiest. Even when our son was small, the seat seemed very, very heavy. And the stroller, even when folded, takes up a big chunk of real estate in the back of our SUV.
* The car seat straps are a bugger to adjust. I haven't done this myself, but my husband HATES them. He loves almost everything else about the travel system, but hates rethreading those straps.
* It's difficult to get things in and out of the storage basket, regardless of whether the baby is even in the stroller.
In hindsight, we might still purchase this system again. But we'd do our research to see if another car seat would be easier to deal with.

(More customer reviews)I have enjoyed my bugaboo cameleon. However, recently -- almost 2 years after purchasing this expensive product -- the brake broke. Customer service was impossible to reach. I was left on hold and then dropped. My email went unanswered.
I visited the retailer I'd purchased it from in hopes they could somehow help me. They explained that the (cheap) plastic gear that should hold the wheel in place when parked had cracked. They told me to order the part and they'd put it on for me. Again no luck contacting Bugaboo customer service to get this part. I asked the retailer to try to contact them for me. They eventually reached someone who said they would replace the whole chassis. I waited for it to arrive. Two weeks later though, I received a phone call instead from someone high up in customer service.
The representative told me they had not processed the chassis replacement since I barely? if at all? fell under the 2 year warranty. They also told me that they did NOT SELL any replacement parts (I had never asked for a whole product replacement -- I had originally just wanted to purchase a new plastic gear or even a new entire brake system to install)! I was shocked! The representative repeatedly stressed that Bubagoo had never advertised this stroller as "unbreakable". I thought it was a strange response. I countered that they also had never advertised the stroller as "unfixable" either and that it was crazy they would sell something this expensive but not sell or otherwise provide replacement parts for its repairs.
In my case, they apparently are going to send me the replacement chassis (we'll see if it actually ever arrives) but have basically warned me I am on my own if it happens again. .. . I wanted other purchasers to know about this because I am sure I'm not the only person to have problems with my brake -- it always felt poorly designed -- or other customer service issues on this product. 2 years is obviously not enough life to get out of a stroller that is this expensive!

The amount of accessories that come included with this stroller is great (3 covers- 2 rain & 1 bug + bassinet) if compared to the competitor (Bugaboo). The value of this stroller for the price tops any other on the market. (Trust me I researched MANY different ones & tested them in the stores (my husband compared stroller buying to buying a car!!))
The quality of the stroller is wonderful as well (frame, fabrics & mechanics). We have put many miles on it and it has stood up to all of it! The steering of it compared to other strollers is wonderful. It can be steered with one hand effortlessly and can be collapsed on a dime. It also is a beautiful classy looking stroller.
Also, our son also slept in the bassinet in our bedroom for the first 3 months- saving us money on having to buy an "in-door bassinet!!"
The stroller in GREAT! So great that I am about to purchase the G-Lux UPPAbaby for our trip to Paris!

(More customer reviews)As a first time mom I did all the research I could to find the perfect stroller!! living in NY almost every mom has a Bugaboo so I wanted something different, something with great colors & manageable (lightweight) & Multi uses, so I tried this! & I must say it is the WORST decision I made! I've had it 3 months & it squeaks SO LOUD it's embarrassing, its rickety, & seems un sturdy, the wheels lock & it's SOO tough 2 maneuver! The pictures & illustrations are gorgeous but this stroller SUCKS!! I have to buy another one already & my ll guy is only 3 months! Save your money here & try something else! The car seat is sturdy & the swithc option is a plus but it is entirely too heavy.. I would say with all the other options available with travel system try another! plus Peg Perego's customer service is pretty awful.. SO I think I'll try a new retailer all together.
