This bag is ok if you only have one kid and want to have a diaper or two handy and want to use it as a small purse. I like how it looks, and I like that it has a separate place for diapers vs your credit card/wallet. I am 5'8" and with the shoulder strap extended all the way it is ok, but just ok...it would probably be best for a shorter person. You have to be gentle with the zipper and not overfill it. It is small. I had this as our primary diaper bag when our daughter was first born and it broke the first week because I tried to put too much into it. We switched to an REI diaper bag as our primary bag...it holds SO much more and is made better but is basically like carrying around a small duffel bag. This bag is definitely not worth the retail price, but amazon has a good deal on it right now so I am ordering another one to use as a purse and I will only put the bare minimum diapering essentials in it. The changing pad is pretty nice. The wipes holder is worthless. So basically if you don't want to be caught in the grocery store without an emergency diaper but you don't want to lug around a big bag full of snacks and entertainment, this bag is fine.
