The company ran out of the stroller, so they called to tell us that they would be sending the car seat early and the stroller a couple of weeks later. The company salesperson was awesome (I think his name was Gabriel). He spoke with my mom and me on 3-way and discussed the situation and followed-up by calling both of us back individually to confirm that we had the tracking # for the remaining shipment once it was ready to be shipped. Although my baby hasn't arrived yet (due in aug). We have already attempted to strap the car seat in to my SUV. Did it with no problem and the stroller was easy to put together as well. If you can afford it... buy it. You will like it and it is really cute. I will say that the diaper bag is not a diaper bag as much as it is a simple carring bag, but it is a cute addition that is fashionable :-)
