Since it is made to fit on the stroller, the backpack is just two straps and not terribly comfortable when you have to carry the bag. It is a bit small, but big enough for the essentials.

I'll still use them (tendercare flushables) on the road in a pinch, put the simple water+cloth is working like a charm for us. These ones are soft, yet thin, which seems to work best.

Truth be told, I find that I need more than one choice depending what and where I am going. This bag is perfect for everyday, its easy to clean, durable fabric and quality stitching and it still manages to be lightweight. It holds more that I thought it would and the extender really helps plus it adds color. It does not have an insulated pocket which I would like to have living in hot weather, but the pockets are big enough to store more than enough stuff for a day full of errands, so its a compromise. I love the easy care and the durability, I don't have to worry about hurting it. I wish it had feet on the bottom and a insulated pocket otherwise I am really happy with it, so happy if fact that I bought two--one in pink and one in black.

(More customer reviews)What a combination, this bag holds everything and still feels very balanced and lightweight. I also have the sling tote, which is a smaller version -- I love them both. In this bag we have a change of clothes, comprehensive first aid kit, 8 diapers, 2 recieving blankets, plus the dirty sack changing pad and wipes box that comes with the bag. We have 3 toys, my purse (I use a slim small wallet type purse) a hat, bib, and socks in the outer pockets, and there is still room plus an unused bottle holder that we keep in the bag.
The outer surface looks great and feels really cool, it is vinyl covering over fabric and the 2 seem to move independent of each other- very stylish and fun. The lining is dark brown, but I still can see everything in the bag.
I can't say enough about the excellent design of this bag that stands up when you set it down and feels like it weighs less than the items we have in it. This is one of the best purchases we made for our baby, which is why we bought both styles. They are both GREAT!!!

The blankets are fabulous for spit up accidents. Most blankets are too small. Since these absorb so well and are large. Perfect for swaddling.

Unless your baby is motionless, or is a weak uninator, then don't even bother with these. You're better off just putting a dry wipe on your boy's junk to deflect the stream and soak up the pee.

The bad side is that it doesn't hold drinks to well in the little drink holders on top. Bottle drinks are OK if they're not too big. Cup drinks will actually work but can easily flip over or get smashed, making a wet mess. All in all, it was worth buying, it's very handy to have some extra space on the back of this stroller for carrying extra items.

Not even when there's a big big mess inside. They're so absorbent that I'm changing her less often not more. They also dry quicker than towels because of the smart design. Expensive, but oh so worth it! Only downside is that the velcro could be designed a bit better, but since I haven't had a single pull in the wash or scratch on her, I can't exactly complain.
