(More customer reviews)Well to start, this bag was really well made so it's definitely not a quality issue, it just didn't hold its shape. It was really slouchy so everything just sort of jumbled together in the middle. When you're carrying around so much stuff it's better to have something with a little more structure so you're not digging around for hours looking for things! Also, the flap is annoying for trying to get in and out of the bag quickly and the cell phone pocket is too small to fit my Razr and waaaaay too small for my husbands iPhone. I wish the had been some sort of piping or something to make the bag more stable.
The plus is that the bag was pretty light weight compared to some others and it's pretty cool looking.
