Not only is this cart cover everything I could ask for, it has a STRAP that attaches easily to my diaper bag and I no longer forget the cover! Yippee!! The plastic cover on the outside keeps my little one's bum dry when the cart is damp, and the cover is big enough that it doesn't matter where he is sticking his little hands, it is covered! The toys keep him entertained, and the whole thing washes up like a dream. (DON'T Dry it!) I am loving this purchase!
