(More customer reviews)The bag itself is great, but I wanted to use it as a backpack. The straps were hard plastic and it wasn't comfortable at all. Plus, it didn't easily convert from a handbag to a backpack, since the straps were so rigid and only one strap was adjustable. If you are buying this to use as a handbag, it's a great product. If you are looking for a convenient diaper back that you can use as a backpack...this isn't for you. I ended up returning it.
