(More customer reviews)My title says it all. I returned it because I wanted my money back. I was actually happier with the free similac one from the hospital. Orginially I wanted this style because it is easy to wipe and sanitize. But the strap killed it for me. I would have kept it otherwise. It was already on the small size for me and I was not impressed by the amounts of pockets (but hey, I don't pack light. The strap was always getting twisted in the buckle part (adjuster). It would get longer than I wanted it and would slip off my shoulder and was just irritating. It was only $25 when I got it from Babys R Us on sale or clearance. Just fix that strap and make it a little more efficient for storage!
