When my 1st child was born, I had these Huggies, Pampers, Luvs, the Target brand, and the Wal-Mart brand of diapers all on hand. NOTE: Every other brand of diaper is scented!!! My son had horrible diaper rash from the moment we brought him home from the hospital while using the Pampers. The maternity ward provided Huggies for use during our post-op stay, so I switched to the Newborn sized Huggies. Voila ~ the rash cleared up in a day! Tossing the Pampers aside entirely, I did try the other brands we'd stocked up on. All were scented & they all gave him a rash. We've used Huggies ever since & are now up to Size 5 Baby-shaped/Ultratrims & Overnights with him. The ONLY leaks we've encountered were our own fault, frankly. If you don't make sure the "ruffles" around the thighs are "out" rather than tucked in, they form channels & the diapers leak. With the "ruffles out" rule in mind, we have had no leakage issues at all! I highly recommend this brand!
