(More customer reviews)If you need a dual-use shopping car/restaurant highchair cover, then this is what you should get. I've used it on normal size shopping carts, the bigger ones at costco and at restaurants and it fits fine for all of them. The fabric looks like it does in the picture but it is really really thin. If you are needing something very portable (i.e. stuff it into a purse, etc) then this will work well but there is definitely no padding and if your little one is still learning how to sit up and is a bit wobbly, then this offers zero protection from bumps! I also have had a problem with the strap that is included. My son is 8 months old now, and in the 50th %, so I would say an average size baby. However, the strap, even at it's tightest is way to big for him and doesn't do anything for keeping him seated in the cart. I normally just have to string the buckles/straps that are on the grocery store shopping carts through the holes in the shopping cart cover since the ones included don't work at all. Otherwise, it is a good deal for the money, I just wish it had a bit more padding and that the safety harness actually worked!
