But the negatives. It is really, really heavy--before you put anything in it. The straps actually hurt if you hold it over your arm. Very stiff. I had purchased to use as a backpack (so much easier when holding your baby). Yes--it does convert to a backpack, but it is almost an afterthought. The strap does not lay flat and it digs into your arm and the clips into your back. Extremely uncomfortable. I also have the petunia boxy backpack and was SO looking forward to this one. But it just not practical in any way, shape or form. The top does not 'close' so if it tips over, your baby items can fall out. Other than being the most beautiful diaper bag on the market--not sure what they were thinking...
